Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website velour-noir.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Velour Noir (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or ordering through our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By placing an order, you confirm that you satisfy these criteria.

Orders & Acceptance

• When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud).
• If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund you the amount paid for that order (excluding any shipping or customs/duties, where applicable) within a reasonable timeframe.

Product Information & Pricing

• We strive to display accurate product information (descriptions, images, colors, sizes). However, minor variations may occur (e.g. due to display settings).
• Prices are shown in AED (or local currency as configured). Prices exclude delivery charges, customs, or duties (if any). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment

• We accept payment by the methods listed during checkout (e.g. credit card, debit card, local UAE payment gateways).
• Payment will be processed at the time of order.
• You warrant that the payment method you use is yours or you are authorized to use it.

 Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver within the UAE (and possibly GCC) per our Shipping & Delivery Policy (see separate page).
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, logistic providers, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Our Refund & Return Policy (see separate page) sets out how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.
• You must comply with the conditions in that policy (e.g. time limits, product condition) to be eligible.

Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of Velour Noir or its licensors and is protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.

 Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.
• Our maximum aggregate liability to you for claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) involved.

 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, transport issues).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
• Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant emirate (e.g., Dubai) or as mutually agreed.

 Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new “last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
