Shipping & Delivery Policy

Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed via velour-noir.com that are delivered within UAE (and optionally GCC/International, if you allow that).

Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver to all emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. For delivery outside UAE (e.g. GCC), check during checkout if supported.

 Delivery Methods & Partners

We partner with reputable courier services (e.g. Aramex, Emirates Post, DHL, local UAE courier) to ensure secure and timely delivery.

 Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees depend on the order weight, dimensions, and delivery location (determined at checkout).
• We may offer free shipping threshold (e.g., free delivery).
• Any duties, customs, or import taxes (if shipping internationally) are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery: usually within 2–5 business days within UAE (after order confirmation).
• Express delivery (if available): 1–2 business days for an extra fee.
• Orders placed on UAE public holidays or weekends may experience delays.
• Delays due to force majeure, customs, or logistic issues are possible.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS.
• You can monitor delivery status through the courier’s platform.

Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages

• If the courier is unable to deliver (customer not present, incorrect address, etc.), they may attempt redelivery or return to sender.
• If the package is returned to us, you may be charged for re-shipping or we may issue a refund (less shipping costs) per our return policy.

 Import & Customs (for cross-border)

• For deliveries outside the UAE, shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance delays.
• Buyers are responsible for paying such charges as required by their country.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and special instructions are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
