Refund & Return Policy

 Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

  • You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 10 days (e.g. 7 or 14 calendar days) from the date of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and hygienic seals intact (where applicable).
  • Underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and intimate items are non-returnable if the hygienic seal is opened (except in cases of defects).
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged by customer misuse.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, original invoice).

 Initiating a Return / Exchange

  • Contact our support (via email or portal) with your order details, reason for return, preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  • We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) if your request is approved.
  • You must ship the item back to our returns address within [X] days of receiving the RMA.

 Return Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to our error (defective/faulty item, incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs originally paid are non-refunded (unless due to our fault).

Inspection & Processing

  • Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets return conditions.
  • If accepted, we will process your refund.
  • If the item does not meet return conditions, we may reject the return and ship the item back to you at your cost.

 Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
  • It may take additional time for the financial institution to process the refund (bank delays).
  • Refund amount will exclude original shipping charges (unless defect) and return shipping (where applicable).

 Exchanges

  • If you want a different size, color, or style, we can process an exchange (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, you may need to pay the difference; if lower, we may refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7-10 days with photographic evidence.
  • We will arrange for return and deliver a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

Cancelled Orders

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched (contact us promptly).
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible — instead you must follow the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” are excluded.
  • Gift cards, private label customizations, or personalized items may likewise be excluded (if applicable).
